Log in to BaseCamp and Add a To-Do-List to your Company's Project page. This is reserved for items that require a lot of collaboration or suggestions. We would recommend that you start with an email to Support, then graduate to BaseCamp later. Our support team can guide you on when it makes sense to move an issue to BaseCamp.
