Our StoryIn 1999, there were three guys with an idea: Create a simple solution for small lenders. Honestly, we didn’t have a clue where this would lead us. But we had a client, years of experience with lending solutions and a computer. So we built it. It’s been fun and it’s been hard. We did some great things and we made some mistakes. We also made a lot of friends along the way and built a great team of people to help us.Our Core ValuesWe have managed to stay true to a few core ideas. First we are firm believers in solving problems. Software is a tool and it needs to work for you. We have some standards that we built based on our experience and we think our solution is the best. But, we listen and we’re always looking for ways to improve it. We also invest in relationships. We have a core group of employees that are dedicated to each other and to our client community. Sometimes it’s messy (all good relationships are) but we’re very committed to this. We want our employees to be a team and our customers to be our partners. Some of us think that this is the best part.The Technology SideOn the technology side we are very biased. We believe in web-based, hosted solutions. It’s easier to implement and manage. We think our clients need to focus on making loans and leave the technology to us. Finally we’re committed to being a leader. In order to be a leader you need a good role model. There was a dude that came on the scene 2,000 years ago who taught some good principles about life and how to treat others. We try real hard to adhere to his way of thinking.
