Reggie Britt

He’s the guy around here who likes to start things. Compass was sort of his idea. He wrote the original software but mostly he is the idea guy. He comes up with the ideas and the rest of us get to shoot them down.

John Britt

John is our token senior citizen. He and Reggie are related but they don’t talk about it. He is the relationship guru and marketing genius that turns our ideas and concepts into something our prospects understand.

Allen Roberts

Allen was our first convert. He was a client, then he became part of the team. He is the communicator and our cheerleader. He enjoys talking to clients and employees while preaching the Compass gospel.

Alex Dompe

Alex is the guy who makes sure we meet our goals and get it done right. He asks the tough questions and nags us until we finish. Sometimes we love him and sometimes we don’t. But the customers like him and that’s why we keep him around.

Maureen Bergmann

Maureen heads up our compliance and quality team. She is a stickler for the details and makes sure we do things right.

Michael Lowery

Michael is our chief technical dude. He keeps up with the latest stuff and works with our technical team to make sure that things do what we tell them to do.
